I'm sorry you didn't get your rewards from the Ice Cone event.

Unfortunately, we can't see here in the community what place you got.

Did you maybe do a screenshor before the event ended? Then please share it with us.

You can also contact game support from within the game. Go to Settings (the gear icon at the bottom left of your game), then select the question mark and a rubric (ex: Events & Challenges). At the bottom you will find a button "Contact". You can then send an email to support and get a ticket number.
