Why are active members being kicked off my Dachs' Deliveries team?

During the latest round of Dachs' Deliveries, a very active member was kicked off my team and another disappeared (although, in that case, it may be because of technical difficulties at the player's end). I'm team leader and haven't removed the players.

I know the System can remove inactive players after a time, but both players have been very active during the event just ended - one of them right up to a few hours ago.

Why is this happening and what can be done about it?

Around the same time, a player who had been with our team for 1.5 years was also removed from my team.

Studio, what are you doing?

I lost a good player and I'm really mad at you for it.

This player (who you removed from my team) now thinks that I removed him from the team and he is angry with me for it.

What a disgusting situation, right? Or is everything okay?

But the Studio won't answer (because it's uncomfortable questions).

I sympathize with you, us and everyone who is in this situation. There is no limit to the "perfection" of the game.

Oh my, @CassD! I understand your concern. I had a glitch in Dachs Delivery on my device, so your issue may be the result of attempts to fix the glitch. Have you tried to "re-add" the players that were removed?

Hi @MountainMom. I haven't tried to add those players for the simple reason that I can't find a button on either of my devices to enable me to do so. Perhaps you could enlighten me. Many thanks.

It sounds as though we're both in the same situation through no fault of our own. If only the Studio would listen!
