It was almost over last night. So, I should have been awarded my prize today, but I got ZERO! SO FRUSTRATED!!

I'm sorry you didn't receive your rewards. Unfortunately, we have no way to check this in the community.
Please contact support directly from your game. Go to Settings, Question Mark, Events and scroll the help text to the bottom. There is the contact button. Your e-mail address and your user ID will be given to the support. First, you will receive an automatic confirmation and a ticket number. You can reply to this and, for example, send a screenshot to support that you took shortly before the end of the event. Then the processing is faster. If you don't have a screenshot as proof, support will need to research your game. This may take a while.
I hope you get it refunded.
