    Please edit your entry. What you have entered as an ID is a personal e-mail address and is subject to data protection. Just delete them. You can edit by using the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner and going to "Edit". Thanks.

    After you have edited your post and removed personal data, I need the following information:Β 

    - what reward did you get?

    - what reward did you expect?

    - Did you take screenshots that you can show us?

    Then I need your User-ID, which is the technical definition of your account. You can find the User ID when you go to your profile in the game. Above your profile picture / avatar you will see the lettering "King". There you please double click on it. A 9-11 digit number appears. This is your user ID, your personal technical identifier for your game. Based on this user ID, the studio can carry out certain checks.Β
