A free way to get missed costumes

Add a feature to request an event with a costume a player may be missing.

How it works:

Step #1: Press the "Request event" button. (somewhere in the game.)

Step #2: Choose an event dating back to the very first event to the most recent event.(the events that show up in this list is only events that contain a costume or character as a winning prize.)

Step #3: Type in your player ID and hit confirm.

It's that simple. I think this is a great Idea because the event is individualized for a certain player so we don't have other players get an event with a costume they already have. Secondly, we don't have to buy the missing costumes in the store, most likely with our precious rare gold bars.

Now I don't know if we would have to use our gold bars to buy the missing costumes, but it wouldn't surprise me.
