Since Christmas I no longer get the Dachs Delivery under Windows 10. Are there any problems? An update of the app is not displayed to me, the current version is: 1.94.3.0

Dachs Delivery Service is working correctly on my mobile device, so your issue may be affecting a specific group of users. Did anyone ever get dach’s back? I’ve also been missing mine on my mobile app. Everything is up to date. I’m at the end of the game~not sure if that has something to do with it, but I love playing this game and I want to play dachs with my team! Any help please?

@Kiki_g can you please have a look at the quests. If too many events take place at the same time, sometimes there is not enough space on the screen to display them all.
This may be the case with you. If Dach's delivery service is in your game, you could find it here:

@Kiki_g Dachs delivery service came into play again today. There was also an update of the app the day before yesterday (content of the update: bug fixes).
Can you please check on your laptop/PC if you see it this time?
I also have a new costume event to start in 3 days.

@Kiki_g, yes, the time was up. Dachs Delivery has a timer and if it is set to 0, it disappears. I have no information when Dachs will be back and I don't know if he will keep the new rhythm. Unfortunately, the studio is very busy right now. I'm not getting any answers at the moment.
@DieOmimi for me, Dachs Delivery was also finished yesterday evening. This time it affects all systems: Win10, Win11, Android and IOS
@BQN537 @Boybinary for me, Dachs Delivery was also finished yesterday morning. Unlike before, it simply disappeared without saying goodbye (just like before). But Dachs Delivery also started at a different time than before.
I assume (still waiting for confirmation from the studio) that the errors in the game were caused by the fact that all events started and ended at the same time, creating a conflict in the database. There were many complaints that the rewards for the star race were not granted.
I'll let you know when we have more information about the events in the game.

My Dachs Delivery Service disappeared last night. Technically though it should be finishing tonight around 7pm in Australia. I play on an iPhone 🦋🐨
It looks like only my team is affected.

Hi Ina, I've already tried that, but without any results. I'll leave it as it is for now and wait. I had the same problem with another game and after a few weeks everything was fine again.
Nothing is coming to me at the moment, not a single event.

@Kiki_g that's strange. I have Dachs Delivery on Windows. However, I use Win11. My app has the same version as yours.
I need to ask if there are any problems with Win10. So far, no one has complained.
In the meantime, please try to turn off your device completely to leave it off for at least 1 minute.
If that alone doesn't help, log out, close the app, and then log back in.
Let us know if you see Dachs Delivery.

@Kiki_g, I do not play CCFS on my PC, only my tablet. So, I regret that I am not helpful regarding CCFS on Win10. I hope troubleshooting your device will help. Otherwise, let's hope that it is just a matter of time before this event appears on Win10.

@Kiki_g then it's definitely not your account.
You could still try to disconnect your Win10 device from the internet and turn it off completely. Then restart your router.
When your router is back at full power, turn your Win10 device back on and reconnect it to your network.
I don't have any feedback from the studio yet, you seem to be an isolated case.

I have Friends on windows 11 . I can say I also see that sometimes events appear not to be synced between mobile app and windows app but usually everything go to its place when I play any level (it can be an old level because it's important I pass it and not fail it) close the app, reopen the app and repeat this 3-4 times if needed.
did you try to play levels on Windows app beside applying troubleshooting steps @Kiki_g ? 🙂
I have dachs but after finishing level 6000 it disappeared (I can see the 10 completed levels on my android) same version after that I got the cookie,jam,etc. collection
Between the holidays it was no longer there in my win 10 either. Now everything is OK. However, I do not have a 6000 event
