@Kiki_g that's strange. I have Dachs Delivery on Windows. However, I use Win11. My app has the same version as yours.
I need to ask if there are any problems with Win10. So far, no one has complained.
In the meantime, please try to turn off your device completely to leave it off for at least 1 minute.
If that alone doesn't help, log out, close the app, and then log back in.
Let us know if you see Dachs Delivery.

You could still try to disconnect your Win10 device from the internet and turn it off completely. Then restart your router.
When your router is back at full power, turn your Win10 device back on and reconnect it to your network.
I don't have any feedback from the studio yet, you seem to be an isolated case.

I have Friends on windows 11 . I can say I also see that sometimes events appear not to be synced between mobile app and windows app but usually everything go to its place when I play any level (it can be an old level because it's important I pass it and not fail it) close the app, reopen the app and repeat this 3-4 times if needed.
did you try to play levels on Windows app beside applying troubleshooting steps @Kiki_g ? 🙂
