Can not make purchases

When I click on to Refill lives. The page comes up as zero dollars. I have signed out then

in. Also uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works.

If you are unable to make purchases, please check your store to see what payment information you have entered and whether it is still valid. Sometimes expired credit cards or deleted accounts can be the cause.

If I have not understood you correctly, please explain to me where the problem occurs.
