Some players encounter issues that may be related to their device instead of the game. So, here are more standard troubleshooting measures to try:
- Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
- Check if there are updates to your app and run them. I have my games set to automatic updates and am currently on version 1.96.1
- Clear the cache (don't clear data!) when using a mobile device
- Then turn off your device completely to keep it off for at least 10 seconds (some recommend one minute). Open your game and check if the problem has been solved. If not, can you login on a different device? If so, please try logging in on another device.
