If I understand your question correctly, you are asking why you do not have ads to watch to earn extra boosters. The ads do not always appear. I find that I can always watch an ad to start a level with a free booster. However, I do not always have the option to watch ads if I fail to win a level. Even when I get the ads at the end of a level, the amount of extra moves I can earn varies. The ads may be gone temporarily, but i assure you that they will return.
