I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem playing level 1440. I replayed level 1440 with Yeti as my Friend and passed it with 3 stars.
Sometimes players encounter issues that may be related to their device instead of the game. So, we recommend that you first try our standard troubleshooting measures:
- Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
- Check if there are updates to your app and run them. I have my games set to automatically update and am currently on CCFS version 1.96.1
- Clear the cache (don't clear data!) when using a mobile device
- Then turn off your device completely and keep it off for at least 10 seconds (some suggest 30-60 seconds). After restarting your device, were you able to complete level 1440?
If not, can you login on a different device? Do you get better results?
