I know a lot of players haven't had DDS for a long time. There are such players in my team too. They recently received DDS for a few days. But I know that you did not receive DDS then.
Sorry for the stupid questions.
Have you tried installing the game on other gadgets that have a lot of free memory (for example, laptops) and using your account?
Maybe you need to contact the game support directly? What will they tell you in response to your complaints? Community CMs won't help you. The studio doesn't hear them and ignores them.
I'm asking these questions because I think your problem may not be related to tests or other problems that other players who don't have DDS are having. You have some special problem, different from others. Or several problems coincided together.
I want you to have DDS again. Because without this the game is very boring.
Oh @ElenaVorona you are soooooooooo sweet! I have so much memory on all my devices and all are updated to the most recent versions of the game and operating systems.
I can tell you one thing about you suggesting that I contact game support directly ..... if you are referring to that contact form, as a past Superstar, they know less than I know. They will give out the exact same information that I used to give out in the past - check your versions, clear your history/cache and if all else fails uninstall your game on your mobile devices but, if you do that you will lose all your boosters because they are only saved to that device. But ............ your gold bars you will never lose because those are saved on their server. They can't offer any help that I haven't already given out to players in the community. The CMs and the GMs have no answers either and have to rely on the studio to do their thing! It's like pulling hair and the CMs and GMs are the in-between people who report to the studio and have to wait for them to fix or not think it's a priority. Been there, done that and tired of playing the game! If my problem was not A/B test then don't you think someone would come back to me to say that it might be something else. They can't ....... because I know all the tips and tricks to fix the game and devices so they can't offer me any new solutions.
This is what I think I'm going to do. First I will check out who is on my team. I think there is only one member that I am friends with out of this community. I am going to suggest that she leave the team and join another team. Then I will leave my team because I don't know if the rest are active or not. If I get the event back then I'll join someone else's team.
Thank you for answering me and telling me everything you know about this. I believe you because you have a lot of experience in this community. And many players respect you.
Regarding the tests, my opinion has not changed. The problem with DDS cannot be explained by A/B tests. I already said in one of the community threads that I specifically communicated with IT specialists and asked them to explain to me what kind of tests these are, how this technically happens and how the results of such tests are determined. And also how long such A/B tests usually last.
A/B tests are fog, that is, they are deception.
There are no A/B tests, which have been blocking DDS for many players for 10 months now.
I've read some of your previous messages about these A/B tests and I've also googled things to find out more about it. For example, I've read that this testing is best to test new features on games played on mobile. But you and I both know that Dachs is not a new feature so why would the studio want to test an older event and what are they hoping to find?
Another thing from being a Superstar I remember how frustrated the Saga players were whenever the studio decided to change the number of moves from a higher number to a lower number. I can recall some levels having 50 moves and the studio might have thought it was too easy so they dropped it down to 12 moves. You can't imagine how angry and frustrated the players were. Now I can relate to those players as a player and I'm angry and frustrated!
Now this is what I don't get about those tests ... if a player had an event and it was suddenly taken away, what are they testing? To see if the player continues without the event? Or are they checking to see if the player spends more money to get those boosters? Or to find out that a player has stopped playing as much because the event gave out boosters that were very useful? For me, it's the latter! I don't play as often because I don't have the event.
Hey Elena, ask your IT friend if he knows what these studios are looking for when they do the testing. What are they zeroing in on and is it data with regards to quantity or quality?
