❓ App error and no reward 👎🍭

I have this problem: I finished the level and the Next button is not available. I had to close and reopen the app. I thought I would have to play the level again, thank god it went on. Only I didn't get a card reward from it. I didn't get any boosters. Question: Can this be done?

PC Window 10 App is the same problem. No "continue" button. I always have to close and reopen. Everything is current with me.

Ok, if you fail a level, there is no CONTINUE button. Just pressing the cross didn't work either. It hard not responding.

Can you please follow the Windows Troubleshooting Steps and tell me if this helped.

If the error is still there, please let me know the installed app version and your device specification. We then have to ask the studio if it might be related to your device.

Thanks for the answer. The Window 10 apps in the other games are flawless.

Pc Window 10 works for now. Some things are not set to fix something. I don't know. That's why 2 things were shown as "not fixed". I did the diagnosis anyway.

@DieOmimi , sometimes I do clear the level, and 4 to 5 more levels and after that when I close and open the app again, I am at the old level only and I have to clear those levels again.
