No ranking

Hi, I have a problem after installing and passing 60lvl I still do not have a community ranking. After passing each board, only my profile is visible. The girl pops up information relative to the ranking of other players. What could be causing my Samsung S22 ultra phone

Could you please tell me which game you are playing and also post a screenshot of the girl that pops up with rankings of other players?
