Can't access store

I have tried every possible tech suggestion to get access to store. Cleared caches, restarted, No luck. Not having the issue in other CC games, just the original.

Also, which "store" are you trying to contact -- the in-game store, the Apple app store, the Google play store, or something else?

Finally, do you play on Facebook or King,com?
