I have tried every possible tech suggestion to get access to store. Cleared caches, restarted, No luck. Not having the issue in other CC games, just the original.

Hello @ericsmom and Welcome to our Friendtastic community! I am not sure in which "original" game you are having the issue. Can you please tell me the name of the game?
Also, which "store" are you trying to contact -- the in-game store, the Apple app store, the Google play store, or something else?
Finally, do you play on Facebook or King,com?
