To collect the rewards from Dachs Delivery Service, please click on this icon:

After that, the task overview for your team should open and a gift and a green button "ok" will appear at the bottom of the screen where the rewards can be collected.

If you're playing on multiple devices, you'll only get the reward on the device where the rewards are collected first.
