The game can't be loaded

The problem in my PC exists from yesterday 28.4.2023.

Some players encounter issues that may be related to their device instead of the game. So, here are some standard troubleshooting measures:

• Force close all apps
• Turn off your device to keep it off for at least a minute

Before you open the game, go to Settings (the gear) and Help (the question mark). When the help page opens, a connection to the server is established and you can close the help page again.

Open your game and check if the problem has been solved.

Maybe you can try the following:

• Click on the Windows icon down to the left on your PC.
• Choose ‘Settings’, the icon that looks like a cogwheel.
• Go to ‘Apps’, then to ‘Apps & features.
• Find the game you have issues with and go to ‘Advanced options.
• Click on ‘Reset’.

We don't recommend uninstalling your game because all of your boosters will be lost.

Let me know if you are not able to launch the game after taking the troubleshooting steps above.
