Hi @pennysullivan1458 I'm sorry you only have 9 moves at level 1138. You're probably one of the players designated by the studio in a test group for this level.

Please give me your user ID so I can have it verified. 

You can find your user ID if you go to your profile and see the lettering "King" above your avatar. Then double-click on this lettering and a 9 to 11-digit number will be visible. This is your own personal technical identifier (User ID). 

I will then report this user ID for verification. We in the community have no authorization to check user IDs and only pass them on to the studio.

Thanks I have been doing that level for over a month. Certainly by now they know I am not smart enough to do in nine lives. Anyway I broke down and spent money on lives. Not happy about it because it’s not the first time that it happened. Thanks for repying

Hi @pennysullivan1458 I probably wouldn't be able to complete this level with 9 moves either. But I also have regular 21 moves (with the red rabbit + 2 moves more).

If you tell me your user ID, I can ask if you are in such a test group for fewer moves.
