Crashes in offline mode

When I play in a place where maybe there is no internet, the game starts some crashes for me, I think this is not normal. So much for the online mode, the game is working perfectly and then why is the offline crashing for me?

Hi @JONH10 this shouldn't normally happen.

Please check your game for updates. Also, please make sure you have enough free space - you need at least 2 GB. Lack of memory is the most common cause of crashes - whether online or offline.

If that doesn't work, force close all apps and turn off your device completely to keep it turned off for at least 1 minute. Then try it out to see if you can play flawlessly.
