Why am I not receiving my rewards. This has happened multiple times. I open the present and gget so many rewards. But not getting those?

Can you please tell me what rewards you didn't get? Is it the daily reward or are they rewards from the Bubble Gum Troll Event?

Please update your app in any case, then turn off your device for at least 1 minute and make sure you have a stable and strong internet connection. 

If you answer, a screenshot would be helpful, Where you won rewards but didn't get them.
