I cleared the 5 levels of the fireworks party and did not receive the Odus eagle costume. I saw the screen with the prizes i won, but the bubble with the costume showed that it was downloading.

It looked exactly the same for you as it did for me:
In the background on the right side you can see that Odus is still being downloaded.
How did it look for you, do you have a screenshot?
Have you checked your scrapbook? Did Odus the Eagle not get there?
For me, Odus the Eagle is in the scrapbook, although the game also told me it will be downloaded (download in progress....).
Please double-check your game and check your scrapbook.
