Issue with newest version

I got the updated version yesterday on both my Android smartphone and tablet and have run into an issue with it. When I start the game, instead of getting the start screen, it starts with the Facebook account login confirmation page. I'm already logged in both devices with my account. I need to use the back button to return to the start screen and can then play normally, but the issue is annoying regardless.

Thanks @edchuy for bringing this to our attention. I assume you are referring to version 3.6.3 of Candy Crush Friends Saga. I will report your issue to our Studio. In the meantime, I am glad you found a workaround.

I just checked and it appears I have version 3.6.4 installed in both devices.

@edchuy version 3.6.4 is correct. We had an update of the app last night or this morning.

Have you done our standard troubleshooting yet? Sometimes these help.

Please proceed as follows:

- clear the cache (Attention: do not delete the data!) --> Sometimes it's enough just to clear the cache.

- Check your device's memory. Please make sure that there is at least 2 GB of free space on your device.

- Completely close your game and any other Apps open on your device

- Turn off your device and wait 10 seconds before turning it back on

- Establish a good internet connection

- Open your game and make sure you're connected to your correct King/Facebook account
