Hi @Bill_Markley warm welcome.
You can change your in-game profile picture by going to Profile on the home screen and then selecting the camera icon.
You can then take a photo of yourself and set it as an avatar or you can save a picture on your device beforehand that you would like to have as your profile picture.
If you click on "ADD PICTURE", you can set an image from your device as an avatar.
