When there was a new update for my cellphone it deleted my candy crush app so I had to reinstall the app and Now I'm back at level 1 when I was at level 6522 🤷🏾♀️😞🙏🏽

In the meantime, I extracted the following from an article in our Help Center:
"If you didn't save your progress with Facebook or King, you won't be able to recover lost progress as it was never synchronized, but don't worry! Simply create a King account or connect to your Facebook now. Then, get in touch with us to let us know. We'll do our best to get you back to the level you had reached before you lost your progress!"

Let me know if this solves your problem. We always recommend creating a King account and saving your progress there.
