My "Bubblegum Troll" event is gone again!!!

I'm making this report that while I was participating in the "Friends Holiday Calendar" contest but unfortunately it disappeared for some members and including even moderators who had this holiday calendar event and then comes the new event that just arrived "Bubblegum Troll" I playing and posted my screenshots and suddenly my event just disappeared again?! Even though the two events disappeared at the same time, I have no reason to claim my boosters and lollipop hammers for fun! 😑😣
So, given my analyzed arguments, could you urgently fix this problem? 🙏

Same thing happened to me too. The bubble gum troll challenge disappeared after only completing 4 levels. My ads also disappeared. You’ve had a lot of changes lately that haven’t been for the better. Ads longer. Games harder. I’m losing faith. Please fix.

Hi @JONH10 @speranzas I'm sorry that your Bubblegum Troll event has disappeared. I don't know the cause of this yet, the Stusio is currently investigating the strange behavior in the game.
Please try the following:
- clear the cache (attention! do not delete the data)
- log out of the game (please only do this if you know your login details)
- Turn off your device for at least 1 minute
- After restarting your device, make sure you have a stable internet connection. You may want to switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if you're playing on a mobile device.
- Log in to the game.
If the event is not back, please try to log out and log back in several times.
I hope that the event will appear in the game again. Some players have reported that the event was back when they logged in and out several times and played some levels (these can also be old levels).

Thanks for replying. Did all those things. It doesn’t come back. Seems the problem is on your end and needs a game update maybe?

@speranzas and @DieOmimi, the same thing happened to me. All events are gone from my CCFS game. The troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue.

There is the following information from the studio:
The studio doesn't see a problem, and it looks like at least 95% of players will be able to participate in the event.
The studio asked if we could ask players to restart the device and make sure they have the latest game app version installed! If this has already been done, please keep playing for a while and see if the event appears in the game at some point.

@JONH10 @speranzas @EnergizerBunny please go to your device's settings and force close the app, then open the app several times and play a level. Many players have reported that the Bubblegum Troll event has returned.

Hi, @DieOmimi! I had accessed the app information, force closed the app, opened frequently in my game, played a level and nothing about the Bubblegum Troll event yet. For now, two events have appeared in my game at the same time: Dachs Delivery Service and a new Level 7000 Party event today!

@JONH10 unfortunately this happened to me on a device as well. The Bubblegumtroll event was here yesterday and I disappeared today. On another device, it's the other way around. The event was missing yesterday and appeared in the game today.
I've done the actions posted above on all devices, but on one device it doesn't come back. It's strange, but for now I'm hoping the event will come back as I play more levels. At the moment I don't have any other tips. I'm sorry. 😪🤷♀️

@DieOmimi Due to these disappearance of these two events that were in our game, including the contest competition since day 4 of the holiday calendar and then comes along with the Bubblegum Troll event. But it's okay even if we are present to play this incredible event to feel excited, unlike your previous tips that you had given, I hadn't tried following your rules because I was working when some emails from your notifications arrived.
