How do I get unlocked

Hi @N1492 warm welcom in our community at Candy Crush Friends Saga.

Usually, the "Rachel the Elfl" and "Yelly Qeen Jubilee" characters are unlocked during special events. Did you have these events in your game and didn't complete them? What was your problem with these events?

You could unlock Rachel in your friends' holiday calendar, and Jelly Queen Jubilee also had a special event where you could win her.

Hello @N1492, In your screenshots, you can see how many points you earned toward getting the 2 new costumes -- 400 out of 500 needed for the Rachel costume, and 200 out of 500 needed for the Jelly Queen costume.

There is a set of "Friends" in their basic costumes who are are earned by completing daily quest and collecting the special reward (gift) packages located on squares in certain levels. Special costumes for these "Friends" are earned by collecting the reward packages located on squares in special events, often associated with holidays.

The special rewards are packages hidden on one of the squares on the board. They appear with a bow on them, like this 👇:

Once you have collected the hidden package, you will see the package in the lower right corner of your board, like this 👇:

It is important to collect any reward package you see and win the level after collecting that package to get needed points.

Your screenshot is showing both Rachel and Jelly Queen in their basic costumes. So, you probably need to play more levels to get more points needed to add those costumes to your scrapbook.
