I finally made to Level 20 in Candy Crush, but I can't win the level. I tried using boosters and watching the tutorials on YouTube, but I still can't get it. Is there any other way I can earn the Nutcracker King of Hearts costume?

Unfortunately @Candychan96, the costume can only be won by completing the special event and collecting all the points required for that costume. The points are earned by collecting the hidden packages on specific levels and then winning those levels. You will see how many points you have earned for the costume as you collect your "Special rewards" along the way. You can also see your progress in your scrapbook -- badges "to be collected" are shown at the bottom of your scrapbook. The good news is that this costume has been offered in special events several times and is sure to be offered again in the future.
