Can you tell me a bit more about your problem? I understand that you can't play because your characters won't be downloaded. This can have various causes. Please try our standard fixes first:

- Check for and run updates for your device and app

- clear the cache (be careful! do not delete the data)

- force close all apps and turn off your device completely for 10 seconds

- After turning it on, make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection.
