My number of steps for each level has been unified to "25" since last week, resulting in me not being able to pass any level. What is the problem that causes me to have such a problem? It took me almost four months to reach more than 6,000 levels. I hope the customer service can give me a reasonable explanation. Thank you.

    Hello @Ameliens. Welcome to our community! You have posted your question in the Candy Crush Friends Saga forum. Is that the game in which you are experiencing your issue?

    Some players encounter issues that may be related to their device instead of the game. So, here are some standard troubleshooting measures:

    - Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.

    - Check if there are updates to your CCFS app. If so, then run them. I have my games set to automatically update and am currently running version 3.11.2

    - Clear the cache (don't clear data!) on your device. We warn against clearing your data because that is where your boosters are stored.

    - Force close all apps and then turn off your device. Keep it off for at least 10 seconds (some recommend a full minute) before restarting your device and launching your game.

    - If these steps don't solve the problem, do you have the option to login on a different device to see if you have the same problem?

    We don't recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game because your boosters are stored on your device and will be lost if you delete the game. In contrast, your gold bars and progress are stored at King, so it is important to save your progress there

    Hello @Biggorl, There have been several updates to CCFS recently in attempts to resolve issues with Dachs Delivery Service events, as well as to launch new events. Have you already tried our standard troubleshooting measures?

    • Ensure your Internet connection is stable.
    • Close any other running apps and restart the game to help load the event smoothly.
    • Update both your game and device to the latest versions for optimal performance. I have my games set to automatically update and am currently running CCFS version 3.11.3
    • Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
    • Clear the cache (don't clear data!) on your device. We warn against clearing your data because that is where your boosters are stored.
    • Close all other running apps and then turn off your device. Keep it off for at least 10 seconds (some recommend a full minute) before restarting your device.
    • Before you open the game, go to Settings (the gear) and Help (the question mark). When the help page opens, a connection to the server is established and you can close the help page again.

    For any level, the number of steps is 25. This is a problem I urgently need to solve, otherwise I will have no level to pass.

    Hi @Ameliens it's the same with me in the game. I was able to complete most of the levels without any boosters.

    I think the reason is that after level 6000, the number of steps is always 25. But after I reached level 6000, I didn't look carefully, hoping to have a correct answer.
