Friends missing In team

Hello everyone, I'm new on the forums so I don't know if anyone has already posted this issue, awhile back I made a team where my friends and family joined, one day the game randomly removed them and some were never able to find the group again. No matter what they do the Team never shows when searching. They've restarted the game, deleted it and reinstalled it, they make sure to type it in exactly the way it's spelled and still nothing. It's been this way for about a year now. Since we aren't able to add friends or invite others it's quite difficult. Any suggestions? Fixes? Or advice on where to go for help? Thank you :)

I'm sorry that your team can no longer be found for your friends. Most of the time, it's because the team has spaces in the team name or letters of an unsupported language. These teams are very difficult to find.
In the search results, teams that are very active and still have free places are shown first.
What is the name of your team? Maybe I can give you tips. It's best to take a screenshot of your team and post it here.
