Dachs Delivery has disappeared

This happened to me for the last few dachs deliveries. The event disappeared before time runs out. I login this morning and it isn’t there. There is still about 14 hours left. I checked update, logout/login, clear cache, and turn off device…..nothing! It’s gone ☹️
I guess I’ll go back to soda 🤪

@simplyP, Dachs Delivery Service events usually end on Sunday -- at midnight in my time zone (Central Daylight Time), usually while I am sleeping. Did the event end before the timer indicated it would?

Yes. it supposed to end the same time as yours, Sunday night. I was able to play sat night but it was gone when I login Sunday morning (Pacific time).
I guess I’m only one who has this issue 😓1 -
@simplyP, please let me know if the next DDS disappears early. You might not be the only one affected.

this is the second time it has disappeared! I enjoy this event but it’s getting old when events just disappear in the middle of the competition.

Special events can sometimes disappear before expected. This can happen for the following reasons:
- Playing offline
- Unstable internet connection
- Logging out or switching between accounts
- Using multiple devices
To prevent this, you should avoid these situations that might cause special events to disappear. I have been assured that the event is working as expected.

@MountainMom I play on multiple devices, but I have been doing that for years. DDS just started to disappear 2 weeks ago. This week, it disappeared yesterday…6 days early 😓

@simplyP, I am unable to explain why your DDS event disappeared again, especially if you have always played on multiple devices. I had this happen when my Internet speed had been severely reduced and/or my connection lost. The event is still in my game, but I only play on one device -- an Android tablet.

It has happened for the last three dash deliveries for me and always right before my team finishes all of the task. It always occurs mid week. I played first thing this morning and had 4 days left. I should have completed the last task for my team to win the reward and to get the next set of deliveries. Now when i have the chance to enjoy the reward (if i had completed the last task) the dash delivery game is gone.
I have removed the app and reinstalled. I have checked multiple times for updates and I am current. Anything else that I can try?
Also, I do not play on multiple devices if this helps.

@ECooper, we don't recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the CCFS game, because all boosters are lost. In contrast, your gold bars and progress are saved on the King servers, as long as you have saved your progress there.
As I mentioned above, special events, such as Dachs Delivery Service, can sometimes disappear before expected. This can happen for the following reasons:
- Playing offline
- Unstable internet connection
- Logging out or switching between accounts
- Using multiple devices (I understand that you play on only one device)

It's keeps happening to me too it's gone all the rewards are gone all the bonuses and over it I'm not going to play candy crush anymore if that's the situation it's boring

This has just happened to me as well. I was also part way through the Cookie Challenge. That's also gone. In fact ALL my features have gone, so I'm just left with the basic game which means getting boosters is really hard..

PS I just passed a level, Sweet Streak isn't working either!

The applied fix worked for me for 4/5 days. Everything's gone again now!!!

It's been working for a while, but everything has gone again this morning. I'm playing on a Windows 10 desktop, so no app issues. This is a very flaky game at the moment. I've just re installed the game to the latest version. Still nothing.

Hello @ROBCamra. I feel your frustration when our special events don't operate as expected. I don't play on a PC, but I can share the following from my tablet experience: I have had game features reset when my device lost power — daily streaks reset, events end prematurely, etc. So, I close my game app when I am not playing. I also have my game app set for automatic updates. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game is a last resort — boosters are stored on your device and are lost if you reinstall the game, so we recommend getting game updates without uninstalling the game.
Dachs Delivery Service is a recurring event, so you should get it again when the next offering of the event is launched. Unfortunately you won't be able to recover the current offering while in progress.

Thanks for the reply MountainMom, but this keeps happening,. 3 times in the last couple of months or so, I have nothing! No features, not even Sweet Streak. I can't earn any bashers etc as I don't get Dacs delivery. It's not worth playing at the moment, so I'll give it a rest until someone gets their finger out and fixes it.

Just opened up the game for the first time in a few days. Still nothing. Looks like it's time to say goodbye.

@ROBCamra, you can continue to collect boosters by opening your game each day, even if you don't play. I hope that you will get your special events returned soon. The developers are trying to refresh special events often.

I seriously doubt that the developers are working on this problem at all. Time to find smoething else to play as this is boring.

Friday, June 6, already appeared 2 Dachs events and gum troll emergency screen, mobile device.
