I find this game so boring because I see some few things are no fun on your game.
@Yorben_Goeree, I am quite surprised that you find Candy Crush Friends Saga to be boring! We have many players who love playing with Friends on the different types of levels and participating in special events. Boosters are earned in a variety of ways -- Daily rewards, level rewards, map rewards, daily quests in Dachs Delivery Service events, and many more. You can also win gold bars by participating in out Community contests. I hope you will collect many boosters so you can pass level 4753.
Hey @Yorben_Goeree
I'm nowhere near the level you're at, and am new to games like this in general. But, I reckon games need to appeal to a broad range of people - ages, genders, cultures etc - and I think Candy Crush does this pretty well. What's boring for you is just right for many others; and where you find it boring to have to wait for lives to replenish, I see it as an opportunity to take a break - but that is the Nanna in me (ha ha ha)
I mostly play with a 4 year old, but I also play without her and I've been stuck on levels many times due to self-imposed limits. I didn't manage to stick to my "I'll never spend real money to play" rule, but I only ever buy a full piggy bank and there is also a weekly $ limit too. Recently, after I had rejected playing on to get 5 moves for 10 gold bars several times, I was offered 9 moves. also rejected. I ultimately played on getting 16 moves for those gold bars. And that's happened a few times now.
I also win lots of lollipops and my frustration is I forget that I have them. I frequently win boosters of 2 hours and 30 mins and yes, it's frustrating to run out of lives when active boosters are in play. But that's life really. Delayed gratification is good for you, it really is. And for me, the game would be boring if it was too easy. Getting the balance between those 2 extremes of too hard and too easy is what makes a commercially successful game I imagine.
Which of the Candy Crush Games would you recommend a player try if, like me, they have only played Friends, but are interested in something new (not like me)?
