G'day Friendly Crushers
Being from Down Under, it's only natural I will offer a uniquely Australian candy, which BTW we call lollies. It's a very tough choice to only name one but I narrowed it down to three quite easily. One of these, the humble Jaffa, is on my list mostly for its ability to be loudly rolled down aisles and under UNCARPETED front stall cinema seats (ask your grandparents} whilst maintaining the anonymity of the person or persons rolling them. It is said, btw, that Jaffas - small balls of solid milk chocolate with an orange shell casing - were named after the now Israeli port (aka Joppa) which at one time had a thriving orange growing industry.
Down to my final two, the choice is between two Hoadley's chocolate bars - the Violet Crumble and the Polly Waffle, both of which I believe deserve at least a guest appearance in a Candy Crush Event. Whilst the Violet Crumble never went away, I've just learned that the Poly Waffle has been resurrected in bite size form and I'm venturing out now to get me a bag of Poly Waffle Bites. I don't know if it's relevant but in Australia the term 'waffle' means to talk vaguely and at length, in a meandering fashion without having any purpose or point to make.
