Ad freezing

no option offered to exit out of the ad? Reward not granted? No problems with other ads…just this one.

Hello @slaughtercasa and Welcome to our Friendtastic community! I have experienced the same issue with this ad, as well as some other ads. I found that I could tap on my browser "Back" button and be returned to the game, with credit for watching the ad. I hope this works for you, too.

I'm sorry that your game doesn't give rewards for a certain advertisement. Please report it to the game's support. We here in the community are not informed about what ads are currently running. In my game, I haven't had the advertising you mentioned yet.
Please proceed as follows:

• Use the "Settings" button (the gear)
• Then tap on the question mark
• then "Privacy and Conditions"
• the first indent is "How can I report an ad in my game". Tap on it.
• You'll see steps on how to report a specific ad.
• scroll down to the bottom and use the button "Contact".
• Report the erroneous advertising via this method so that the studio can quickly remedy the situation.
