Hi @JONH10 the ticket number is usually in the email. Only you can know, I can't see it because it's just private between support and you. If it is a ticket number, our CM can pass it on to the studio and will be verified there. It is definitely helpful and I will share it with our CM.

For informing us about the update. I use both devices phone and laptop. I just turned off auto update on phone and haven't used my laptop in several days. Will continue to check for any information you have for us. I hope it is a temporary glitch for those that have lost their boosters and goldbars.
Hi @EnergizerBunny I don't know yet if it's definitely due to the update. The investigation is still ongoing. But I will let all our players know what the current status is.
