The Christmas Event & Dachs Deliveries Disappeared

Where has my events gone? It's Day 7 of the Christmas event and I haven't been able to play. Dachs Deliveries disappeared too! I'rebooted my phone, closed & reopened the game, played a game level and no luck. What's happening?

Hello @chatbrat11, there was a glitch in the most recent update to Candy Crush Friends Saga, but it appeared to only players by causing all of their boosters to disappear. It did not appear to affect special events. Do you have the option of playing on a different device?
There is also an ongoing issue with Facebook. If you normally log in through Facebook, we suggest you log in through your King account if you can, and, if you need to play on a PC, use the Windows app whenever possible.

I missed out on completing week 1 of the Christmas event because it disappeared for days. Now that we’re in week 2 it appeared again. So annoying.

@Crushingit1234, I played on a second device. When I did, the Holiday Calendar showed Week 1 with all unplayed levels, even though I had completed 6 levels on my first device. So, I got the opportunity to replay Level 3 to get the screenshot I had forgotten to take the first time I won it. I don't know if the Calendar would reset two weeks, but it would be worth trying. Can you play on another device to test this out?
