MISSING: 25 gold bars from Piggy Bank

Howdy Friendlies,

Earlier today I purchased the 25 gold bars in my piggy bank, but I didn't receive them. They came out of my piggy bank, but did not come to me. The purchase went through okay, and the correct amount has come out of my bank account; my piggy bank is empty; and so is the place where they usually rest waiting to make my day and help me win a level. Here is a screenshot I took when I realised they were missing. I only noticed because I wanted to play on but when I went to purchase 5 moves for 10 bars of gold, I was taken to the Shop.

Please help me locate my missing haul. If I could figure out how to send you proof from my banking app that I paid for them, I would…..

    Hi @Nanninomix my colleague is definitely not asleep yet, it's more like my bedtime (European time zone). It's 40 minutes past midnight for me, while it's not even 6 p.m. for my colleague.

    Hello @Nanninomix, I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the gold bars you purchased from your piggy bank. In our Help Center, there is a category called My Purchases ←tap the hyperlink to that page and tap on that topic. Once there, select the tab for your specific device and then scroll down to find the topic "I didn't receive my …purchase." Finally, follow the directions to get help.

    Thanks @DieOmimi My issue is RESOLVED.

    My gold bars turned up before I opened a ticket formally. At least, it seemed to be the case. Then again, I could be senile! . As you may have figured out by now, I'm only semi-literate here in this Kingdom. And I'm also not always a very good follower of rules. I try to be, and if they make sense to me, absolutely. But there I go again, veering way off track. Maybe the Off topic area, which I am visiting when I can, should be called just that - Off Track, where I would be very much at home in my comfort zone.
