@DieOmimi I have posted all of the completed levels. I wouldn't have tried so hard to finish these much too difficult levels if it wasn't for your promise of a new costume. I have both Valentine costumes already but your note promised a chance to receive a different costume.
Unfortunately NO new costume was given at the end. This was just very disappointing waste of my efforts

Hi @MollyS I'm sorry it didn't work for you. Maybe it's because you already have all the available Nutcracker costumes? I would like our CM to check this. Can you please take a screenshot of your Nutcracker costumes in the scrapbook? We can then check whether there is a costume you could have claimed. Thanks a lot.

I got my Valentine Event back. Level 20 was nightmare along with the other levels. I have never had to use so many boosters in a level like I had to with this event.
I have re-posted my levels along with the gift box that didn't provide the new surprise costume that was promised if we already had the the 1st two or enough boosters to cover what I had to use to complete this event. If I had known we were not going to get the new costume I would not have made an attempt to restore my event. Whoever designed this event made sure these costumes were not going to be easy to obtain. I also took notice that some great players also mentioned how difficult this event was. Was there a reason behind all this to make this event so difficult to complete? I know many of us are still missing a costume. I was looking forward to getting the Nutcracker Winter. I really hope you can look into why we are not getting the surprise costume as we were promised.

Hi @MollyS @EnergizerBunny thank you very much for your feedback. I have passed on your feedback on the difficulty level of the event. We hope that the studio will listen to us and adjust the event a little.
Regarding the promised new costume, we also have feedback from the studio. Please check your scrapbook, you should now have an additional Nutcracker costume.
