Hi @tnab, I’m happy to meet you, sorry you missed out on the 2 hours of continuous play. They show up randomly and I’m sure you’ll receive another shortly. In the meantime, make sure you have the latest version and clear cache and cookies. If this happens again, next time, try turning off the game , close your phone and wait 10 seconds then reopen phone and game, sometimes it resolves the problem. If it happens again, please let me know by leaving me a message here and use my name @Nat09 to make sure I get the message and I will get a CM to help.

Thanks for the feedback above. I always keep my game up to date. Have been playing for some considerable time (i.e. over a year) and this is the first time I have been offered two hours continuous play. My question is what happened? Why did it suddenly disappear? I do not receive these randomly - it seems a bit disappointing to think you're going to enjoy two hours of play and then it disappears for no good reason.

Well it can be a glitch (my guess). The correct forum about missing any bonus or reward is to contact player support directly from your game application. I will also try to find out what has happened here.
But you need to send the email from your game application as they have your game data and they can provide you the correct information on that.
