Please do the following:-
Log out from the game entirely and close the app.
Clear your phone cache/storage space. DO NOT clear game data.
Restart your device. If you shutdown, please wait for at least 10 second before turning on your device.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

So how about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug as this feature is still tested. (I hope haven't this happens! đ)Â

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
If it's not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then ask a question and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

When you are trying to log out from facebook. Are you getting some kind of message. Can you please share that with us. Can you also please look for updates for both your game apllication and facebook application in the app store.

Hello @gloriasue99 and a very warm welcome to our friendly King Community! I am glad that the problem has been resolved for your iPhone, but sorry you are still having problems with your Samsung tablet. When you try to log out of Facebook on the tablet - does it say you have no internet connection? The game will not log you out if it doesn't think there is an internet connection.
You might try and reset your router and see if you can log out of your tablet after it resets. You can also turn off the internet on your tablet, wait 5-10 seconds and then turn it back on and reconnect to your internet. These games can be sensitive to a strong and steady internet signal and even a temporary drop or interruption in the internet signal can cause your game to think you are no longer connected to the internet.
