CC Friends movement functionality

Hello !!!!

Since the decision was made to make CC Friends screen mode portrait, I have been having issues with certain candy connection movements. For what ever reason, I cant

connect candies at the top, or middle of my screen.( using PC, Microsoft 10). Just wondering if anyone else is having this same issue.

Strangely, I have FULL movement capability on all other CC games, only having the issue with CC friends.

I have not seen any other players complain about this problem, not that the screen is in portrait mode only. I am also playing this game via laptop and android. Not facing any issues so definately you need to log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. And see if it helps you.

"We've taken the decision to remove the landscape mode on Win10 with the last release.

Earlier we had support for landscape layout on Windows 10 however, lately less scenes and events supports that layout and hence we've decided to force the layout to portrait for all players. We expect some negative feedback from users, mostly since Friends will be the only Candy Franchise game without landscape support but for now, there's no plan to add it back as it creates too much extra work for events."

@LeeWill Hi and welcome, I have only just started plating this game and using windows 10 laptop and windows 10 app and not having any issues with any movements.

Might be worth checking game is up to date and try logging out and restarting your device, then log back in and see if resolves issue
