Reset game progress, start new game

Could you let me know how to reset any progress i have on Candy Crush Friends Saga, without having to open a new Facebook account, or playing incognito? I haven't played it in ages, and don't remember a good bit of it, so would like to see if there's a way to start from the beginning of the game, without erasing all my account information. Thanks

You already realize that you posted your problem in the wrong place. There are separate threads for each game in the community and you will find it on the homepage.
However, you do not need to post again, because your post will be sent to the right place.

If you want to reset Level 1 on this game, you can ask this question and What's your Game ID (How can I get my user ID?) on Contact Us then Community Team will help you to reset Level 1 on this game but you should wait for longer. 😊
Or you can log out your current account and log in new account then you can start playing on Level 1 better. 😉
By the way, this game support community is Candy Crush Saga (not Candy Crush Friends Saga) while I will tagging @Crazy Cat Lad moves this thread to Candy Crush Friends Support Community.
