If you want to reset Level 1 on this game, you can ask this question and What's your Game ID (How can I get my user ID?) on Contact Us then Community Team will help you to reset Level 1 on this game but you should wait for longer. 😊

Or you can log out your current account and log in new account then you can start playing on Level 1 better. 😉

By the way, this game support community is Candy Crush Saga (not Candy Crush Friends Saga) while I will tagging @Crazy Cat Lad moves this thread to Candy Crush Friends Support Community.

1. You can start the new game and use a new login either facebook or king account. It will start from zero.

2. Follow instructions in below link.

How do i reset any game progress i have made? I want to erase all my progress & start from the beginning on Candy Crush Friends Saga without having to open another Facebook account. That's ridiculous. Thanks!
