Who sent you this email?
If it's from King, you should contact King Support.
However, each player receives 50 gold bars when they reach level 30 or 50. I am not sure.

Hi and welcome to the game.
Never recieved any such emails or never heard of such issues. Normally if king is adding some gold bars or rewards it is directly appearing in our game. However tagging it to our CM @QueenB to have a further comment on this.

How about you tried to click on "force stop" (from Settings) of this game then restart your device?

It is from king, I have gotten them for other candy crush games and in the past i have had trouble only with this one due to it being a mobile only game

Hi dear actually in the beginning of the game after first few levels normally the game awards us 50 gold bars. I think this is that message. Which level are you and have you consumed your 50 gold bars or not. I dont think its a new reward or gift. 🐣

Just like @aijaziqbal said,it's not that you are getting 50 Gold Bars but a reminder that you still had 50 Gold Bars at your disposal in the game.

I have never received ANY gold bars for my game... even when i first installed it... my gold bars total is zero and i have never received the 50 gold bars that I have been getting the email for every since I started playing the game. and these emails started in May 2020 as far as i can gather... I have the original one too
