Ad causing App to crash

Hi all. Running friends saga on new s20 and having same problem, game crashes whenever I try to watch videos. Have tried everything with no success. Very frustrating, please help

'New ads' seem to work, presumably 'old ads' cause the problem. HELLO IS ANYONE ACKNOWLEDGING THIS PROBLEM OR AM I ON MY OWN?

The issue has been reported to the game Community Managers, but since it was reported on Friday afternoon, the earliest they will be able to check with the studio is tomorrow, Monday. So please be patient and hopefully we will have more information for you on Monday or Tuesday.
