    I heard back from our CM who was asked by the Studio to collect some info from players who had issues with the Pot of Gold event so they can investigate it more thoroughly. Could you please comment below with your Game ID so I can pass that on to them?

    Newbie

    I won 50 gold bars as part of the rainbow chase. I was unable to collect yesterday as I was unable to get online. It told me today I won them and when I clicked collect - nothing happened.

    @owlwise1313 Hi and welcome. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue.

    For any missing rewards

    Please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

    or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

    Could you please let us know your Game ID & the device and platform you are using to play the game? 🙏 I will be passing on this info to our CM who is helping the Studio investigate issues that players have experienced during the event.

    The Studio is still investigating what went wrong and why some of you didn't receive the second part of the Pot of Gold event. For now, they haven't found the reason, so we can only apologize and hope that it works better the next time around. 🙏

    In case you played both parts of the event, and didn't receive the reward at the end, please contact our Player Support team so we can check where the Gold Bars got stuck. 😊
