I heard back from our CM who was asked by the Studio to collect some info from players who had issues with the Pot of Gold event so they can investigate it more thoroughly. Could you please comment below with your Game ID so I can pass that on to them?

For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

The Studio is still investigating what went wrong and why some of you didn't receive the second part of the Pot of Gold event. For now, they haven't found the reason, so we can only apologize and hope that it works better the next time around. 🙏
In case you played both parts of the event, and didn't receive the reward at the end, please contact our Player Support team so we can check where the Gold Bars got stuck. 😊
