Hi @David5023 sometimes it happens to me as well, I open the game and the event is gone. 😞 Try closing app, clear cache and cookies, make sure you have the latest version, shut down your phone ( if on mobile) wait a few minutes then reopen phone and app, it should be back but sometimes you need to play a couple of levels. See if this works, it has for me 😉

I digged in a bit further @David5023 and it looks like it’s a problem for a few of you. @Miss_Dani reported the issue to player support and recommends you do the same. Sorry I can’t be of more help, hopefully it will resolve soon 😊 Here’s the link to the post 👉🏻 Lost Bubblegum Event button

I did send support a ticket, but they're being very unhelpful. I've sent screen shots now, but there's no way to show them what my screen should look like. I'm not holding out hope that they'll get this fixed before it's over. I'm really sad because I was the top scorer on my team and now I don't think we'll make it to the next reward level.
