Why can't I make any purchases?

In your new format, I am unable to make purchases of any kind. Why is this?

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game! Would you mind me asking that what game you are having this issue in ? Many games are getting so many changes and hence, would like to make sure before I can assist / suggest with any tips!

Also, what is happening when you trying to make a purchase? Are you seeing an error message OR is it something else?

Keeps loading forever. The same applies to when i am trying to get extra moves. I can't buy extra lives too.

@Phoenix123 Hi and welcome, I find this game does take a couple of minutes to load but not had any connection issues to the store. Can you post a screen shot of any errors or what happens when you try to connect to the store

Also please make sure your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
