Hi.

Since it's been a long time I've played, I'd forgotten my password. But when I click on the renewing password button via my e-mail, nothing happens.

Have you checked your Email spam folder to see if your password reset link is in there or can you tell me which device you are having issues on

I did receive the mail in which I have to click on the "button" to renew my password, but nothing happens when I click !

make sure you do not have an ad blocker / pop up blocker enabled or see if you can right click and open in new window
