It is not a fault. When it comes to movements, it only counts if you beat the level.

The players are randomly selected by King. Most of the time the others don't play. Wait for the next update. It may fix this error with.

Sorry all thank you for the responses! I had a 2 year old take my attention. I have had one person added so we now have 3. Iβd just never had an empty team before. I logged out and back in and restarted my phone 2 hours after I first posted, so I definitely suggest doing that. Thank you all again Iβve never posted before!

Yes only those moves are counting where we clear the levels and also the number of moves we use on certain level. For example i started a level with 30 moves and cleared it with 10 moves to spare so only 20 moves are counted in the task. Now i am delaying till the very end.π

@MountainMom Hi again, yes i agree does not say the level needs to be completed so threw me a little but definitely only counts when level completed as managed to finish this task and only when level was completed were they added, lucky for me only in the early 1000 levels so was not to much of a problem, be nice to ascertain if this was a fault or the way it works

You can chose the tasks and yes you can change between tasks when you know what level you are doing and they are shared amongst your team, but how many people in your team can vary . last two dachs delivery i had 1 other person collecting with me. yet first few were 5 others
Some tasks can be done on old levels and others only on new levels

I would like to update this information because although when we played Dachs Delivery Service in early 2021, the β500 moves on new levelsβ team task would only count moves when we successfully completed the level, as the comments above state. HOWEVER, as of June, 2021, we now find that the moves on a new level are being counted for tbe β500 moves on new levelsβ team task even if we fail on that attempt to successfully complete the new level. The current way that DDS is counting moves toward that goal seems more congruent with the wording of the team task, but in any case the β500 movesβ task is now easier to satisfy.

I believe the β500 moves β team task in Dachs Delivery Service now (June, 2021) counts your moves on a new level whether you successfully complete that level or fail that level.

Not sure but may be it is designed like this that only Cleared level moves will be included in this task.

Hello @AkumaXX just like @hechicerilla said for the task of completing the 500 move task is only if you complete a level, then those move will be accounted for in Dach's delivery event. I hope this answers your question.

Please counter check that you and your team has performed all the steps mentioned below:-
- Simply click on the icon from your game map and you'll see how much time you have left to complete your deliveries.
- Meet your team of five who you'll play with to complete tasks!
- From here, Dachs will show your task list.
- Now, it's time to complete those tasks as a team to earn your rewards!
- After you've finished a batch of tasks, you'll be given new ones all the way up until the event is over.

The first time I played this challenge, I got 29 moves credited toward the challenge. Since then, I am not getting any credit for successive levels. I try to change to the challenge I am most likely to collect each time I play a level. The other challenges seem to give appropriate credit when I play them. I am playing on an Android and my game ID is 4298347615. As I recall, this same thing happened to me in a previous Dachs' Delivery Service event, but my teammates were able to collect moves, even though we still didn't complete that item. I have done all the recommended troubleshooting actions, so please do not suggest them.
I also am disappointed that I don't get assigned teammates from the start of this event. I played for 2 days with no teammates and finally got one added today. A little help from the Studio would be appreciated, @QueenMia. I am attaching a screenshot. I am playing level 2095.

@MountainMom Hi again, First time i have done this in my game and mine seem to be counting but only so far when i have passed the level. Not counting for me if i have not passed the level, but as said first time i have done this task so not sure how it works totally and if it should count even if you do not pass the level
